MERGIMS—a mobile application that connects migrants to merchants in their countries of origin, so they can buy electricity, airtime, mortgage and pay tuition fees for their relatives—is the winner of Seedstars World's Rwanda round. The company will travel to Switzerland in February 2016 for the final round, where they could win a $500,000 equity investment.
